The heart of the program is a pool of pre-qualified, external consultants that PM Practice believe can help meet the on-going demand for local project management training and consultation services.
Our external consultants provide specialised expertise for a fee and are typically utilized when:
technical expertise is needed that isn't available within PM Practice or there are not enough resources within PM Practice at the time to provide the necessary service required, or geographic location is a factor.
