Project Management Training & Assessment
PM Practice can design, develop, document and deliver customised training courses and assessment tools for organisations that prefer their training to be tailored to their internal project management methodology. This involves developing short courses to suit your organisation's project management training needs.
Customisation includes:
- Utilising existing templates and methodology maps for reference during training;
- Developing case studies and activities that reflect the types of projects that your organisation typically delivers;
- Adapting terminology and language to suit the environment.
Become a Certified Practicing Project Practitioner, Project Manager or Project Director
Certification by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) is available to experienced Project Professionals who can demonstrate their competence using a portfolio of evidence from two or more projects from the past three years.
PM Practice supports RegPM Candidates as they prepare their portfolio of evidence and assessment record book to meet AIPMs requirements; this is followed by an interview based on the material.
On successful completion, the AIPM Registered PM Practice Assessor will recommend a relevant certification which is issued by the AIPM. Certification depends on your role, portfolio of evidence and experience, as follows:
- PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS - CERTIFIED PRACTICING PROJECT PRACTITIONER (CPPP)
- PROJECT MANAGERS - CERTIFIED PRACTICING PROJECT MANAGER (CPPM)
- PROJECT DIRECTORS AND PROGRAM MANAGERS - CERTIFIED PRACTICING PROJECT DIRECTOR (CPPD)
