Project Health Checks

PM Practice can conduct project health checks to measure both compliance and effectiveness of a specific project to meet its objectives and compares the project management activities against the organisation’s project management methodology.

Conducting project health checks will assist your Organisation to ensure:

• Project overview (background, status, outlook);
